Tony Horton - 10 minute TEDx Talk for Fitness, Health & Flexibility.

Looking for a quick ten minute video clip blast to inspire, motivate and maybe teach you something I thought I would share this clip with you by the great Tony Horton given at the TEDxYouth@SantaMonica in January 2013. Although it is coming up to two years old, it remains highly relevant, and I would urge you all to check it out and heed Tony's words, advice and guidance - it makes a lot of sense, and may help put your fitness goals in perspective.
